Can I leave my iPad in the Guac Booth?

Your iPad can be left within the Guac head and stored within the Guac hard case in between events and when transporting the booth.

What is the height and weight of Guac?

What are the power requirements for Guac?

Power and Operating Requirements

  • Voltage: 110-120V

  • Frequency: 60Hz

  • Operating Temperature: 55º to 90º F

  • Relative Humidity: 0% to 60% noncondensing

If running from a power bank/station then assume 1500w rating is necessary.

If you are located outside of the US please ensure that you use a 240->115v step-down transformer rated for 1kw or higher.

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

You will have access to your application up until your end of your subscription date. Once that date passes, your subscription will no longer renew and you will lose access to the application and all the live galleries. There are no partial refunds available.

Does each booth running Salsa need its own subscription?

Yes! As a benefit to you, each subscription gets cheaper with every device you add to your plan.

Are there any additional apps I need to purchase to run Salsa?

Salsa has all of the tools you need to run a beautiful event, including photo template and overlay editors!

However, if you want to design and create your own custom interfaces or green screen backgrounds, you'll need to use an image editor like Canva or Photoshop.

How do I modify my subscription?

Visit the Salsa web app and click Manage Account. From there, click Edit Plan. You can modify your billing intervals and your plan.

Upgrading from monthly to annual or Plus to Pro will take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount.

Downgrading from annual to monthly or from Pro to Plus will take into effect after your current billing cycle is over.
