How to Update Your Billing Information

 

Keeping your billing information up to date will help ensure you have access to your events, Live Galleries, and other important Salsa features.

Update Your Billing Information

 

Your billing and payment information can be updated or changed from the Manage Account section of the Salsa web app.

To change your billing information:

  1. Log in to the Salsa web app

  2. Click Manage Account

  3. Click the Billing tab

  4. Click Edit Payment Info

  5. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code

  6. Click Update


What To Know

If Your Billing Information Cannot Be Updated

 

Here are a few common reasons why you may receive an error while attempting to update your billing information:

  • Incorrect zip code

  • A security block placed by your banking institution

  • Insufficient funds

We recommend contacting your bank or credit card company if you are unable to update your billing information.
