Optional: The Wi-Fi + Cellular model comes with an additional cost, however the convenience of not having to carry around a personal hotspot and still able to connect to the internet at an event without Wi-Fi may be worth it.
Camera SD Card

Guac’s included camera SD card is all you will need if your events are almost exclusively photos, boomerangs, and GIFs.
However, if your events are primarily video, especially longer videos, you may want to invest in an upgraded SD card to provide a larger capacity and quicker read and write speeds.
You don’t necessarily need the largest capacity, as captures are saved to your events online. Once the SD card reaches capacity, simply format the card and you’re ready for the next event.
Dedicated Hotspot

Staying connected during an event can be important – and sometimes frustrating, especially on spotty venue Wi-Fi. That’s why having a backup plan with a dedicated hotspot is a great idea.
Deciding on which hotspot to purchase can be largely dependent on your cellphone service provider, as there may be deals for current subscribers. However, if that isn’t a limitation, these two options are the best to get.

The M2000 is for those who need the fastest internet speeds and are in an area where T-Mobile’s 5G network is available.
While a little more expensive than the 8800L, it is the cheapest of the 5G hotspots and T-Mobile’s plans can be more affordable than Verizon.
What about iPads with cellular connectivity?
iPads with Wi-Fi + cellular come at an additional cost, however it will allow you to cut down on the equipment brought to an event and allows you to leave the booth unattended worry-free, as there are no additional devices lying around.
