What To Know

Differences Between Tap to Start and Background Screens

Tap to Start

  • This screen loops until a guest taps the screen

  • If Hands-Free Mode is turned on, this screen will not be displayed

Background

  • This appears behind every screen in Salsa after guests tap the Tap to Start screen or if Hands-Free Mode is turned on.

  • It is recommend to use a simple version of the Tap to Start screen for the Background Screen

  • If guests stop interacting with the booth at any time after tapping the Tap to Start screen, Salsa will return to the Tap to Start screen after 60 seconds.
