Salsa Account Email
Your account login is the email address you used to sign up for Salsa. This allows you to sign into the Salsa iOS app and web app.
If you recently changed your email address or want to use a different one to sign into your account, you can follow these steps to update it.
Step One
Go to Manage Account on the Salsa Web App
To change your Salsa account email address:
Log into the Salsa web app
Click Manage Account
Click the Email field under Information
Step Two
Enter in New Email Address
With the Email field selected in the Salsa web app:
Type in the new email address
Press enter on the keyboard or click outside of the text field
Read the pop-up message and click close
The pop-up message should state that a verification has been sent to the new email address and you should now see a new field for New Email (verification needed).
You can continue to log into you Salsa account using the original email address until the new address is verified.
Note: If the address under New Email is incorrect, you can click it and change it to the correct address.
Step Three
Verify New Email Address
You should receive an email from email@boothmailer.com to verify your new email address.
Click the Verify Email link and your information will now be updated on both the Salsa web app and the Salsa iOS app if you are already signed in.
If you’re not signed in, you can use the new email address to sign into your Salsa account on both the web app and iOS app.
CAN’T FIND THE EMAIL?
Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, you can try signing in and clicking the Resend button to have us send you another verification email.
