Issue Summary

Some users may experience an issue where shared Capture links generated from Select All in the Fiesta iOS App display the shared Captures with large blank spaces and choppy loading.

Common Ways Customers Describe This Issue

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

  • Shared Captures have large blank spaces between them
  • The Select All share link does not display Captures correctly
  • The shared gallery loads slowly or choppily while scrolling
  • The “Your photo booth photos” page has gaps between Captures
  • Captures pop in or shift around when viewing the shared link
  • Sharing all Captures from the iOS App creates a broken-looking gallery

This issue may affect customers using:

  • Fiesta iOS App versions 1.10.0+
  • Fiesta Web App versions 1.10.0+

 

What Happens

When all Captures are selected and shared from an event in the Fiesta iOS App through the Select All option, the generated share link may open a “Your photo booth photos” page where Captures display with large blank gaps between them and load unevenly while scrolling.
