Issue Summary
Some users may experience an issue where duplicating an event with Auto White Balance enabled causes Auto White Balance to be turned off in the duplicated event.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- Auto White Balance turns off after I duplicate an event
- My duplicated event does not keep the same camera settings
- White Balance settings change when I duplicate an event
- Auto White Balance is enabled in the original event but disabled in the copy
- Duplicating an event resets the Auto White Balance setting
- The duplicated event is not keeping my Camera Settings
- I duplicated an event and my captures are colored strangely
Who Is Affected
This issue may affect customers using:
- Fiesta iOS App versions 1.11.0+
- Fiesta Web App versions 1.11.0+
What Happens
When an event with Auto White Balance enabled is duplicated, the duplicated event may have Auto White Balance turned off instead of retaining the setting from the original event.
Workaround Steps
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select your duplicated event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Camera tab
- Select Camera Settings or Photo Settings
- Enable Auto White Balance
