Some users may experience an issue where changing a design’s layout in Design Studio causes the Background to appear in the Layers list.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- My Background suddenly appeared in the Layers list
- Changing the layout added the Background as a layer
- The Background is showing in Layers when it should not
- Design Studio is treating my Background like a regular layer
- The Layers list changes after I select a different layout
- My Background moved into the Layers tab after changing layouts
Who Is Affected
This issue may affect customers using:
- Fiesta Web App versions 1.11.0+
What Happens
When a Background is added to a design and the layout is later changed in Design Studio, the Background may incorrectly appear in the Layers list even though Backgrounds are normally excluded from that list.
