Issue Summary

Some users have experienced an issue where Background Removal's Virtual Overlay does not correctly fit the example captures in an event's Proposal. In some instances, this has also appeared as the example model breaking out of the capture frame.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

• Why does the Virtual Overlay for Background Removal on my Proposal appear shifted to the side, instead of being centered, or look like the model is breaking out of the Overlay?
• Virtual Overlay is shifted in the Proposal
• The Proposal preview does not center the Overlay correctly
• The example Capture looks misaligned in the Proposal
• The model is outside the Capture frame
• Background Removal previews look wrong in Proposals
• The Overlay fits in guest mode, but not in the Proposal

Who Is Affected

This issue may affect customers using:

• Fiesta Web App versions 1.8.2+

What Happens

When a Virtual Background and Overlay are used in a Proposal for Background Removal, the example Captures may show the Overlay shifted, misaligned, or incorrectly fitted within the Capture frame.
