Some users have experienced an issue where the Face Effects section appears in Proposals despite having Face Effects disabled in their event settings.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- Why does my Proposal show a Face Effects section while I have Face Effects disabled in my event configuration?
- Face Effects are showing in the Proposal even though they are turned off
- Glam Effects still appear after disabling Face Effects
- The Proposal is showing effects that are disabled
- Face Effects are turned off, but customers can still see them in the Proposal
- The Face Effects section will not hide from the Proposal
- Proposal settings do not match the event’s Face Effects settings
Who Is Affected
This issue may affect customers using:
- Fiesta Web App versions 1.7.1+
What Happens
When Face Effects are selected for an event, the Face Effects section may still appear in the Proposal even when Face Effects are disabled in the event settings.
Workaround Steps
- Enable Face Effects in your event configuration
- Press Deselect All
- Re-disable Face Effects
