Issue Summary

Some users have experienced an issue where an event's captures visually disappear from the Event Dashboard, Live Gallery, and iOS Files app after successfully uploading to the Fiesta servers.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

  • Why are my event's captures missing from the Event Dashboard, Live Gallery, and iOS Files app after they were showing a green checkmark previously?
  • Captures disappeared after uploading
  • Captures are missing from the Event Dashboard
  • Captures are not showing in the Live Gallery
  • Captures uploaded successfully, but I cannot see them
  • Event Captures disappeared from the Fiesta Dashboard
  • Captures showed up later after being missing for several days

 

Who Is Affected

This issue may affect customers using:

  • Fiesta iOS App versions 1.9.0+
  • Fiesta Web App versions 1.9.0+

 

What Happens

After Captures are taken and successfully uploaded to Fiesta, they may temporarily disappear from the Event Dashboard, Fiesta Dashboard, and Live Gallery before reappearing later.

 

Workaround Steps

  1. Wait 24 - 48 hours
  2. Check for the captures again
    Note: If your event's captures still do not appear after 48 hours, please contact our Support team.

 

When Will This Be Fixed?

Our team is actively working on a fix. We do not have an exact release date yet. This article will be updated when a fix is available.
