What Are Fiesta Print Settings?
Print Settings in Fiesta control how printing works during an event, including printer readiness, guest printing options, Auto Print behavior, print limits, print alignment, and print color settings.
The Printing tab in Event Settings gives one place to manage event-level print behavior and review device-level color settings before an event begins.
Note: Printing is only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
What To Know
Show Print Button
Enabling Show Print Button allows guests to decide whether to print their Photo captures during a session by displaying a dedicated print button on the Sharing Screen after a capture is taken.
Session Print Limit controls how many prints can be requested during a single session.
If Gallery Mode is enabled, captures can also be printed later from the gallery.
How To
Adjust Print Button Settings
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select the event to adjust
- Select Configure Event in the upper-right
- Select the Printing tab
- Select the toggle next to Show Print Button
What To Know
Auto Print
The Auto Print feature prints Photo captures and photo strips automatically after each completed session. The number of copies is controlled in the event’s Printing settings.
Auto Print and the Print Button can be used together to support event workflows that need automatic prints and guest-selected prints in the same event.

What To Know
Event Print Limit

This setting is optional. To allow unlimited prints, set Event Print Limit to 0.
How To
Adjust Event Print Limit
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select the event to adjust
- Select Configure Event in the upper-right
- Select the Printing tab
- Select the - or + buttons under Event Print Limit
Note: Setting Event Print Limit to 0 allows unlimited prints.
What To Know
Copies Printed
Copies Printed shows how many printed captures and Photo Templates have been produced during an event. This count is based on the total number of full printer media sheets used during the event.
When printing Double 2x6 photo strips, the Number Of Copies selection screen shows multiples of two. However, the two strips count as a single print in Copies Printed and Analytics.
Copies Printed is also available in Analytics.
What To Know
Print Adjustments
Print Adjustments control how printed Photo Captures and Photo Templates are sized and positioned. These settings help align printed output for the selected event.

How To
Adjust Scale
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select the event to adjust
- Select Configure Event in the upper-right
- Select the Printing tab
- Open the Print Adjustments settings
- Adjust Scale as needed
How To
Adjust Offset

What To Know
Connecting Your Printer
The Printing tab shows the connected printer on the Fiesta iOS App, including AirPrint and Chips-based connections. This helps confirm printer readiness before an event begins.
Event-level print settings can be configured on the Fiesta iOS App and Fiesta Web App even when a printer is not connected. Printer connection controls and printer-dependent actions are available on the Fiesta iOS App.
The setup steps for each printer connection option are below:
How To
Run A Test Print
- Log in to the Fiesta iOS App
- Select the event to adjust
- Select Configure Event in the upper-right
- Select the Printing tab
- Confirm that a printer is connected
- Select Test Print
- Select the 2x6 or 4x6 test print option
What To Know
Color Management
Color Management shows which ICC profile is currently active for printer output. This helps confirm how printed color is being controlled before an event begins.
Color Management is a device-level setting, and can only be adjusted on the Fiesta iOS App while a printer is connected. The selected ICC profile applies to prints from that device across events and does not affect digital shares.
