What are ICC Profiles?
An ICC Profile is a color correction profile for specific output devices. ICC stands for International Color Consortium, and this organization has helped standardize these profiles to provide consistent color correction across multiple programs and multiple devices.
Fiesta utilizes ICC Profiles to color correct when sending captures to print. If, when printing, the captures appear different from their digital versions, selecting an ICC Profile may resolve the issue.
How To
Select ICC Profiles
- Log in to the Fiesta iOS Software
- Connect the printer to the Fiesta iOS Software
Connect Chips Wired

Connect Via Airprint - Minimize the Fiesta iOS Software
- Open the iOS Settings App
- Scroll to the bottom of the left navigation
- Tap Apps
- Tap Fiesta in the Apps list
- Under Fiesta Settings, Tap ICC Profile
- Tap the ICC Profile to select

Fiesta ICC Profiles
The Fiesta Software has three ICC Profiles to select from, as well as the legacy settings available if the default prints are correct.
DNP Vivid
- Boosts both the color and the contrast.
- Best to use when prints appear dull or washed out
DNP Natural
- Balanced and more true-to-life
- Provides more accurate skin tones and whites
DNP America (cAM)
- Adjusts colors for most consistent output across varying lighting conditions
- Great for parties or full-day outdoor events where light color or temperature is changing
What To Know
FAQ
Do I need to use the ICC Profiles?
- No, ICC Profiles are not necessary to print.
- ICC Profiles correct printed colors if the colors are washed out, too bright, or not true to the digital version.
My prints are too bright! How do I fix this?
- If prints are coming out too bright, switch to the DNP Natural ICC Profile.
My prints are washed out, which profile should I use to brighten them?
- If prints are washed out, switch to the DNP Vivid ICC Profile.
I don't want to use an ICC Profile, can I turn them off?
- To disable ICC Profiles, navigate to the ICC Profile selection screen and select None.
