Creating a New Event
This is the first step to creating an event, giving you plenty of options to fit your needs.
You can choose from iPad Events using the Salsa Booth for simple setup, DSLR Events with the Guac Booth for high-resolution captures, 360 Events controlled via an iPhone, or Virtual Events that enable guests to join from anywhere using their personal devices.
Each event type provides unique experiences, ensuring you can create memorable moments for your guests!

What To Know
Different Event Types
The Fiesta software currently has four event types to choose from. These events will have a few differences depending on the features necessary.
The four event types are:
- iPad Event
- DSLR Event
- 360 Event
- Virtual Event
The iPad event type is designed to work flawlessly with our Salsa 1 and Salsa 2 booths. The DSLR event connects to the Guac booth's brain and makes Chips printing effortless. The Virtual Event type provides the ability to run an event without a booth, and without the need for guests to be in the same location at all!
What To Know
Duplicating An Event
Duplicating an event gives you the ability to use settings and information from one event to easily set up another event.
A few situations in which Duplicating an Event is a useful feature:
- Creating a multi-day event in which you want to have a separate Live Gallery for each day.
- Creating a Hybrid Event that uses both In-Person and Virtual Booth features yet looks consistent across the separate platforms.
- Creating a multi-booth event where each booth uses different Camera Settings.
Note: Duplicated events will have separate Live Galleries
Note: Duplicated events will not copy over your original event's Photo Template

What To Know
Upcoming And Past Events
Events are divided into two sections — Upcoming Events and Past Events. Events are placed in these sections and organized based on the Event Date established within the Event Settings.
Upcoming Events are where any events that are for future or present dates will be located.
Past Events are where any events where the dates have already passed will be located.
