Using 360 Event Effects
Fiesta's 360 Event Type includes a variety of event effects, including Video Templates, Intro and Outro Videos, Transitions, and Soundtracks, allowing you to add a personalized touch to your 360 Video captures.
This article will guide you through adding these dynamic effects to your 360 events and customizing them to create a unique capture experience.
Note: 360 Event Effects are only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
What To Know
Video Templates
Video Templates in Fiesta are pre-made layouts that apply visual effects, such as slow motion and speed adjustments, and determine the duration of finished captures, either 15 or 30 seconds.
You can enhance the creativity and visual appeal of 360 Video captures with the Slowmotion or Fast Slow Reverse Video Templates. If you prefer a classic 360 capture experience, select the No VFX option to remove visual effects.
How To
Select A Video Template
- Log in to the Fiesta Software
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Video Template
- Slowmotion (15) will be selected by default; to select a new Video Template, select the Pencil Icon
- Select one of the Video Template options

Intro/Outro Videos
Intro and Outro Videos are short video clips that can be added to the beginning and end of your 360 video captures to create a more customized guest and client experience. These videos can feature anything from a simple “Happy Birthday” message to a fireworks display for a New Year’s event.
Think of them as the opening and closing credits for every capture at your event.
How To
Add An Intro Or Outro Video
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Intro or Outro
- To add a video, select the +Add Intro or +Add Outro button
- To upload a file, select Upload from your Device
Note: if the file has been previously uploaded, select Select From Recent Uploads - Select Select File or drag the file you wish to upload
- Select the file you wish to upload
- Select Open

Add An Intro Or Outro Transition
Intro and Outro Transitions are effects that can be added between the Intro, Capture, and Outro to better highlight and separate each stage. They create a cleaner, more customized feel for any event.
To add an Intro or Outro Transition:
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Intro/Outro Transition
- Select one of the Transition options
Note: Transition options apply to both the Intro and Outro
What To Know
Soundtracks
Add a Soundtrack to your 360 videos to capture the mood with music effects. When a soundtrack is selected, it will be added to each finished 360 capture for guests to enjoy through Capture Shares and in the Live Gallery. Select from the library of licensed soundtracks built into the Fiesta App, or upload your own.
Note: PBSCO owns the distribution rights to the soundtracks built into the Fiesta App, however, PBSCO is not held liable for the licensing of any soundtracks uploaded.
How To
Add A Soundtrack
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Soundtrack
- A soundtrack will be selected by default; to select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
- To remove the soundtrack, select the Trash Icon
If you would like to select a different Soundtrack, there are a few different options. PBSCO has a library to choose from, however if you prefer you can upload your own soundtracks as well.
To Use the PBSCO Library:
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Soundtrack
- To Select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
- Select Select From Fiesta Library
- Choose the song that best fits your event
To Upload Your Own Soundtrack:
- Log in to the Fiesta App
- Select your event or create a new 360 event
- Select Configure Event in the upper right
- Select the Modes tab
- Scroll down to Soundtrack
- To Select a new soundtrack, select the Pencil Icon
- Select Upload From Your Device
Note: If the file has been previously uploaded, select Select From Recent Downloads - Select Select File or drag the file you wish to upload
- Select the file you wish to upload
- Select Open
What To Know
FAQ
Can I use In-Person or Virtual Event Effects in a 360 event?
- No. Event effects are specific to the selected Event Type: 360, iPad, DSLR, or Virtual.
- Effects settings for iPad, DSLR, and Virtual events are not shown in 360 events.
Can I add multiple Soundtracks to an event for guests to choose from?
- No, only one Soundtrack can be added to an event at a time.
Can I enable all 360 event effects for a single event?
- Yes. Multiple 360 Event Effects can be enabled for a single event.
- Keep in mind that older devices may experience a slight drop in performance when many 360 Event Effects are enabled at the same time.
