Downloading Captures In Fiesta
Fiesta captures can be downloaded from the Event Dashboard or the event’s Live Gallery, depending on the event settings and who is downloading them.
The Event Dashboard allows booth owners and booth operators to download captures, while the Live Gallery also allows guests to download captures in a web browser when the Live Gallery is enabled.

Downloading captures from the Event Dashboard is limited to booth operators and owners, and can be done in both the Fiesta Web App and the Fiesta iOS App.

Downloading captures from the Live Gallery is available in a web browser and can be done by booth operators, owners, and event guests when the event's Live Gallery is enabled. The Download All option in the Live Gallery only appears when that setting is enabled for the event.

- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event from the Events Screen
- Select a capture thumbnail to open the capture preview
- Select Download

Download Multiple Captures From The Event Dashboard
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event from the Events Screen
- Select a capture on the Event Dashboard
- (Fiesta Web App): Hover over a capture thumbnail and click the checkbox
- (Fiesta iOS App): Tap the Select button, then tap a capture thumbnail
- Select additional captures as needed
- Select Download in the action bar above the captures grid

Download All Captures From The Event Dashboard
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event from the Events Screen
- Select a capture on the Event Dashboard
- (Fiesta Web App): Hover over a capture thumbnail and click the checkbox
- (Fiesta iOS App): Tap the Select button, then tap a capture thumbnail
- Select Select All on the right side of the action bar above the captures grid
- Select Download in the action bar

How The Live Gallery Is Accessed
Booth operators and owners can open the Live Gallery by copying the Live Gallery link from the Event Dashboard and opening it in a browser, or by selecting Open Link from the Live Gallery event settings.
Event guests can open the Live Gallery either from a Live Gallery link shared with them, or from their Email, Text, or QR Code Share's individual capture link.
Note: Live Gallery downloads are browser-based and are not completed directly inside the Fiesta iOS App.

- Open an event’s Live Gallery link in a web browser
- Select a capture thumbnail
- Select the Download icon in the capture preview
What To Know
Download All In The Live Gallery
The Download All option in the Live Gallery is controlled by the event settings. When the setting is enabled, operators, owners, and event guests can download a .ZIP archive of all of the event’s captures from the Live Gallery.
When Download All is disabled, the Live Gallery can still allow single-capture downloads, but the gallery-wide Download All button does not appear.

Enable Download All In The Live Gallery
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event from the Events Screen
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Live Gallery tab
- Select Gallery Options from the left navigation
- Toggle on Download All
How To
Download All Captures From The Live Gallery
- Open an event's Live Gallery link in a web browser
- Select the Download icon in the gallery banner
- In the Download All Captures confirmation window, select DOWNLOAD ZIP
Note: The Download icon will not appear in the Live Gallery unless Download All is enabled in the event's Live Gallery settings.

Why does the Live Gallery not show a Download All button?
- The event’s Download All setting is not enabled in the event's Live Gallery settings.
Can mixed capture types be downloaded together?
- Yes. Bulk downloads are delivered as a .ZIP file that contains each capture in its original file format.
Can Live Gallery downloads be completed inside the Fiesta iOS App?
- No. Live Gallery downloads open in a web browser, including when the Live Gallery link is opened on an iPad or iPhone.
Do downloaded captures keep the original capture quality?
- Yes. Captures downloaded from Fiesta retain their original size, dimensions, and quality.
