What To Know
Automatic Capture Management

Screenshot 2025-02-19 at 11.39.36 AM.png

Fiesta has a built-in system to help prevent captures from using too much storage on the iOS device.

IMPORTANT: After 7 days, captures that have successfully uploaded to the Fiesta servers are automatically removed from the iOS device.

Thumbnail previews of each capture remain visible after removal.

To access a removed capture again, select it while the device is connected to Wi-Fi. The capture will begin downloading again. Once downloaded, it can be viewed, shared, and printed again for up to 7 additional days.

The chart above explains the icons that appear in the upper-right corner of each capture thumbnail during the upload and download process.

Note: The 7-day timer does not begin until a capture has been successfully uploaded to the Fiesta servers.

What To Know
Missing Event Captures

WhatToKnow-Error_WifiNetworkPreventingGuacConnection.png

Fiesta automatically enables Offline Mode when the internet connection is too weak for captures to upload to the servers or when there is no internet connection.

While Fiesta is running in Offline Mode, captures are stored only on the iOS device. In the Event Dashboard's Captures tab, these captures will display the Desynchronized icon. Capture shares will be delayed, and some or all event captures may be missing from the Event Dashboard in the Fiesta Web App or the Fiesta iOS App on another device.

Once the iOS device is connected to a strong internet connection, any queued captures will automatically upload to the servers for remote storage, and delayed capture shares will be delivered to guests.

To avoid permanently losing captures, do not delete Fiesta from the iOS device until all event captures have finished uploading to the servers.

What To Know
Proposals

WhatToKnow-Proposals.png

An Event Proposal is a way to visualize and share with a client how an event will look, feel, and run.

A proposal is typically created and shared with a potential client who has already provided information about the event, such as theme, colors, requested features, capture modes, and backdrops.

The Proposal section of the Event Dashboard streamlines the process of creating a Proposal by automatically generating a webpage based on the event’s settings and branding.

Note: Proposals are only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.

What To Know
Analytics

WhatToKnow-Analytics.png

Event Analytics provides insight into how guests interacted with an event.

From the Analytics section of the Event Dashboard, view detailed stats such as the most popular capture modes and sharing methods, how many guests interacted with the call-to-action button, which captures were viewed or shared the most frequently, and more.

Sharing data and survey results can be downloaded as a CSV spreadsheet from the Analytics page. This file includes the email addresses and phone numbers entered by guests during the event, making it a valuable resource for post-event marketing and follow-ups.
