Deleting Events

Fiesta keeps events organized automatically, with upcoming events shown first and past events listed below.

If an event is no longer needed, Fiesta includes a permanent deletion option that removes the event and its associated captures from the account.

How To
Delete An Event

1. Log in to Fiesta
2. Locate the event to delete
3. Select the three-dot menu next to the event title
4. Select Delete Event
5. Type DELETE into the text box
6. Click Delete Event

What To Know
Backing Up Captures

Before deleting an event, it is recommended to create a backup by downloading the event’s captures.

Fiesta includes a Download All Captures option that can be used to save both branded and unbranded captures from an event.

IMPORTANT: Once an event is deleted from Fiesta, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Download any needed captures before deleting the event to ensure a backup is available.

Can I access the Live Gallery if the event is deleted?

• No. When an event is deleted, its captures and Live Gallery are also deleted.
• Deleted events and captures are permanently removed from Fiesta and cannot be recovered.

Can an event be recovered after it is deleted?

• No. Once an event is deleted, it is permanently removed from Fiesta and cannot be recovered.

Can the captures be recovered from a deleted event? 

• No. Captures from a deleted event are also permanently removed from Fiesta and cannot be recovered.

What happens to the custom files uploaded to a deleted event? 

• Custom Tap To Start Screens, Photo Templates, Overlays, Virtual Backgrounds, and Featured Images are saved to the Fiesta Library associated with the Fiesta account.
• These files remain available even if the event they were used in has been deleted.
