What To Know
Green Screen

WhatToKnow-GreenScreen.png

Green Screen is a Background Removal method that uses a physical blue or green screen backdrop to remove the background behind guests and replace it with a selected Virtual Background. This removal method also includes controls for selecting the Green Screen Color and adjusting the color replacement Tolerance.

Green Screen results depend on the physical backdrop's color, lighting on the backdrop, and Tolerance settings. Even lighting and a clearly visible green or blue screen backdrop help create cleaner background replacement results for captures.

What To Know
AI Background Removal

WhatToKnow-AIBackgroundRemoval.png

AI Background Removal uses AI processing directly on the iPad to separate guests from their surroundings in real time without a physical green screen. This removal method is designed for events that need background replacement without additional backdrop setup, or when a physical green screen backdrop is not available.

Because processing runs directly on the iPad, AI Background Removal can be used with or without an internet connection.

Note: AI Background Removal is free for a limited time.

What To Know
Live Preview And Guest Experience

WhatToKnow-LivePreviewAndGuestExperience.png

Background Removal displays the selected Virtual Background in real time during the capture process. Guests preview the effect before taking their capture, which helps confirm how the final capture output will appear.

When one Virtual Background is added to an event, that background is applied to captures automatically.

When multiple Virtual Backgrounds are added, guests can browse the available options and select a preferred background before taking their captures.
