What are Event Branding Info and Sharing Settings?
Event Branding Info and Sharing Settings are the settings found in Fiesta events that relate to company information and social media sharing. Adding Company Info and Social Sharing options to an event provides the opportunity to drive interest towards your photo booth company and makes it easy for guests to share their event captures directly to social media.
Add your company name, email, website, phone number, and social media accounts to each share and help turn your guests into future clients!
What To Know
Social Sharing Options
The Social Sharing options enable guests to share their captures across a variety of social media platforms. In the Social Sharing section of the Branding Settings, you can select which social media platforms you'd like to enable for the event. These options will be displayed in Email Shares and the Live Gallery as icons that can be interacted with by tapping or clicking.
Captions can be added to all or some of the enabled Social Sharing options, and are a great way to drive interest and traffic to your company's social media profiles. Adding unique, custom captions to the individual Social Sharing options allows you to tailor your branding to the feed of each algorithm. You can even use Captions to include the client's custom messaging, event hashtag, or slogan for a more unique experience.

Select Social Sharing Options
- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Branding tab
- Select Social Sharing
- Select the checkbox for each social media platform to enable guests to share directly to it

- Log in to Fiesta
- Select an event or create a new event
- Select Configure Event
- Select the Branding tab
- Select Social Sharing
- Ensure the social media platforms you wish to share to are selected
- Add a default caption OR select + Add Caption to add a platform-specific caption
What To Know
Company Info
If the booth is being used for a White Label event, or the client requested their company information be added, the Company Info that is shown in Email Shares and the Live Gallery can be adjusted for a single event. This allows you to customize individual events without needing to change your default Company Info in Branding.

- Toggle On Company Info

- Select Edit Company Info
- Check the Use Default Company Info box to use the information associated with your account, or uncheck it to enter different information
