What are Surveys?
Surveys are a data collection tool that enables you to gather additional guest information beyond just phone numbers and email addresses.
This tool can be used to ask guests for permission to be added to a mailing list, to collect their names, demographic details, and marketing consent, or to host fun quizzes at weddings and birthdays.
IMPORTANT: Guests will not be prompted to complete a survey when sharing via AirDrop. Surveys are not available in Virtual Booth events.
Note: Surveys are only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
How To
Turn On Surveys
- Log in to Fiesta app
- Select or create an event
- Select Configure Event
- Select Sharing
- Toggle on Surveys
What To Know
Using Surveys
Each survey must include at least one question. You can choose between multiple-choice questions, where guests select from predefined answers, or open-ended questions, where guests can provide their own responses. A combination of both types is also possible, allowing guests to either select an answer or enter their own.
These questions can be used in a variety of ways:
- Open-ended questions can be used to collect email addresses (regardless of whether the Email sharing option is toggled on), send well wishes to newlyweds, or add a special touch to a confessional booth.
- Multiple choice questions can be used to collect preferences, run short quizzes during conferences, vote favorite costumes at a costume party, and so much more!
Survey results are saved in your Event Analytics and can be downloaded after the event along with other shared data.
How To
Set Up Surveys
- Log in to Fiesta app
- Select or create an event
- Select Configure Event
- Select Sharing
- Toggle on Surveys
- Add a Survey Title
- Click Add Question and choose either multiple-choice, open-ended, or toggle on both.
- Enter the question
Note: If using Multiple Choice, enter the different question options - Repeat step 7 to add more Survey questions.
What To Know
Survey Results
During the event, guests’ phone numbers, email addresses, and survey results are collected and can be downloaded from the Analytics section of the Event Dashboard.

Why would I use a Survey?
- Surveys are great tools to collect email and phone number information.
- They can be used at conventions and business events or confessionals to collect customer answers.
Can I add a Survey with Fiesta Plus?
- Surveys are a feature only available with a Fiesta Pro subscription
What happens if I have Surveys, but then downgrade to a Fiesta Plus subscription?
- Any Survey information collected at prior events run with a Fiesta Pro subscription will still be available for download.
- Surveys will not launch at event startup if the event is under a Fiesta Plus subscription.
