Sharing Captures After An Event

When creating an event for a client, it is important to discuss the different ways to share the captures taken during an event with them. The Fiesta software provides multiple different methods to share captures after the event is over depending on what works best for the client's needs. 

Note: You must have an active Fiesta subscription to share event captures with your clients.

How To
Send Captures To Client Via Live Gallery Link

  1. Log into the Fiesta app
  2. Select the event you want to share captures from
  3. Select the Live Gallery tab
  4. Select Gallery Options
  5. Ensure Enable Live Gallery is toggled on
  6. Toggle on Download All
    Note: Anyone who has the Live Gallery link will also have access to the Download All option

Once the Download All option is enabled, clients and guests with Live Gallery Access can select the Download button in the upper right of the Live Gallery. A ZIP file with all captures in the Live Gallery will be downloaded to their device.

What To Know
Bulk Sharing Methods

Along with downloading from the Live Gallery Link, there is also the option to Bulk Share with a client. Bulk Sharing provides the option to email customers information about the event after the event has been run.

The Bulk Sharing options include:

  • Live Gallery: The link to the Live Gallery is emailed to the client directly
  • Event Captures: A ZIP file containing all event captures is emailed to the client directly
  • Sharing And Survey Data: A CSV spreadsheet file is emailed to the client directly

Bulk Sharing is great when clients do not want the Live Gallery enabled, or do not want guests to have the ability to download all captures from an event.

How To
Send Analytics, Sharing Data, And Captures To A Client

  1. Log into the Fiesta app
  2. Select the event you wish to Bulk Share from
  3. Select the three (3) dots next to Configure Event
  4. In the drop down menu that appears, select Share Analytics And Captures
  5. Select the boxes beside the options to share with the client
  6. Enter the client's email address in the Email Address field under Share Via Email
  7. Select Send Email

FAQ

Do I need an active Fiesta subscription to share captures with clients?

  • Yes, an active Fiesta subscription is required to share captures with clients, and for clients and guests to be able to access the Live Gallery

Will guests be able to download all of the captures from an event if I use the Live Gallery method?

  • Yes, anyone with the Live Gallery link will be able to download captures using the Download All option

Will the Capture Display Preferences affect the Live Gallery Download All option? 

  • No, the Download All option will allow all captures to be downloaded, regardless of whether they appear in the Live Gallery.

Is there a way to prevent guests from accessing the Download All option in the Live Gallery if it is enabled? 

  • The Live Gallery Password can be enabled after an event and the password provided to clients to prevent access to the Live Gallery.
    Note: if the Live Gallery Password is added before the event occurs, guests will receive the password with their Email Shares.
