Duplicating An Event

Duplicating an event is an easy way to copy key settings from an existing event, rather than re-entering all the settings manually for each new event.

When the Duplicate feature in the Fiesta Software is used, the system will automatically transfer basic information, such as the event's Sharing settings and Company details, into the new event for consistency and faster setup.

Note: To include the default business information in a duplicated event, toggle Company Info on within the current event before duplicating.

What To Know
Photo Template And Overlay Duplication

What To Know - Photo Template And Overlay Duplication.png

When an event is duplicated, the selected Photo Template or Overlay is linked to the new event, but a separate copy of the design file is not created.

To make changes to the Photo Template or Overlay in the duplicated event without affecting the original event, duplicate the design file first.

IMPORTANT: Changes made to the original Photo Template or Overlay in Design Studio will affect both the original event and the duplicated event unless the design file is duplicated first.
