Creating An Event
The first step to start the revenue, creating a good event is integral in making sure everything goes off without a hitch!
Once the event is created, it can be customized in a wide variety of ways. But first, make sure the event type, event name, and date is set in stone.
What To Know
Event Name
When naming the event, make sure it's something to remember! Not just because guests will see it - but it is also how it will be visible in the Events Screen as well. It's important to be able to locate the event, especially if there are a lot of events to look through.
There are no limits to the creativity of an Event Name; go wild!
What To Know
Date And Time
The Date and Time for an event are useful for a few reasons. In the Fiesta software, the date and time indicate whether an event should be classified as Upcoming or Past in the Events Screen. It also indicates when the Event Auto Start feature should start and end the event.
The Date and Time also assist in keeping track of when an event occurred, or when it will occur, for your own scheduling as well.
Note: The Date and Time fields must be filled out for the event to be created.

What To Know
Event Types
Event types depend on what physical booth, if any, you decide to use at your events. Fiesta is optimized for four different event types: iPad, DSLR, 360, and Virtual.
Depending on the event type you select, different capabilities and features will be available to you and your guests.
How To
Create An Event
- Log in to the Fiesta app
- select Create Event in the upper right
- Enter the Event Name
- Select Event Date
- Select the Start Date on the calendar
- Select the End Date on the calendar
Note: the Start and End dates can be set to the same date - Select the Select button to confirm date(s)
- Select Event Time
- Select the Start Time for the event
- Select the End Time for the event
- Select the Select button to confirm times
- Select the Event Type
- Select Create Event
Once the event is created, the Event Dashboard will open for the event so you can immediately start customizing!
