What Happens
When using the Green Screen Background Removal method with a backdrop color that is not bright green or bright blue, Fiesta may replace parts of the subject, such as skin tones, instead of replacing the selected Green Screen Color.
Workaround Steps
- Ensure that you are using a bright green or bright blue backdrop to select as the Green Screen Color
- Note: Fiesta's Green Screen feature was designed specifically for use with physical green screens or blue screens.
OR
- Use AI Background Removal as the removal method
IMPORTANT: Once this known issue is resolved, using a non-green or non-blue screen backdrop for Green Screen Background Removal may continue to result in poor background replacement results, depending on the color used. A true green screen or blue screen backdrop will always be recommended.
