Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- My iPad model is showing incorrectly in Devices
- Device page says I have an iPad Pro 11-inch, but I use a 12.9-inch iPad
- Fiesta is showing the wrong iPad Pro generation
- My registered iPad has the wrong device name
- The Current Device label is on the wrong iPad model name
- Multiple different iPads are showing as the same iPad Pro model
Who Is Affected
This issue may affect customers using:
- Fiesta iOS App versions 1.10.0+
- Fiesta Web App versions 1.10.0+
What Happens
When some iPad Pro models are registered to a Fiesta account, Account Devices may display the device as iPad Pro 11-inch (5th generation) even when the physical iPad model is different.
