Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- Text is missing from my downloaded Design Studio template
- Download Design does not include the text layers
- My downloaded PNG only shows the background and overlay
- The design looks correct in Design Studio, but the downloaded file is missing text
- Template downloads work on Mac, but not on Windows
- Text disappears when downloading a design on Windows

What Happens
When a Design Studio Template is downloaded on a Windows computer, the downloaded PNG may include visual assets like Backgrounds and Overlays, but may not include the design's text layers.
