View and manage the devices that are associated with your account from one convenient location.

What are Devices?

 

Devices are assigned iPads and iPhones associated with your account via a Fiesta License. A device will be the primary user interface platform guests will interact with during an In Person event.

You can view/manage your Devices by clicking the Devices Tab from the Account Management dropdown menu within Fiesta.

Managing your Devices gives you the ability to:

  • Remove a Device

  • View iPadOS and Fiesta iOS Version numbers


Features

Assigned iPads

 

An Assigned iPad is a device that is associated with a Fiesta License.

These iPads are associated by installing Fiesta and signing in to the Fiesta iOS app. Each Assigned iPad associated with your account requires a separate license. Once the iPad is associated with a License, you can view and manage the device at any time by clicking Devices from the Account Management dropdown menu of Fiesta.

What To Know

Adding A Device

 

If you have an available license associated with your account, you can connect an iPad or iPhone to the account to start an event.

Any device can log into the Fiesta iOS Software, however only added devices will be able to run events. If there are no available licenses when an iPad is connected, the option to Start Event will be greyed out.

What To Know

Removing a Device

 

If you are planning on using fewer Devices in the future or want to replace your current assigned iPad, you can remove an assigned iPad from your account at any time to free up an additional license. This will allow you to then assign a different/new iPad to your account.

Note: When removing a device from your account, that device will lose the ability to run an event, and you will no longer see the Device information under Devices.

What To Know

Renaming A Device

 

All of your Assigned iPads under the Devices portion of My Account are identified by the iPad name, found within the iPad settings.

Renaming an iPad is especially helpful when working with multiple Licenses/Assigned iPads to help keep your Devices organized.

iPad OS and Fiesta iOS App Version Numbers

 

The Device tab in My Account provides details about the devices signed into the Fiesta iOS app. This allows for at-a-glance management and information about device model, software version, and activity.

Make sure all of your Devices are fully up-to-date without needing to dive into the iOS settings.
