How To Manage Assigned iPads
Use your account settings to manage which iPads you have available for in-person events and Sharing Stations. View information about all of your Assigned iPads such as software versions and last activity date from one central location.

What Is An Assigned iPad?
An Assigned iPad is an iPad that is currently associated with a Fiesta License and is typically used for running iPad and DSLR events, or setting up a Sharing Station.
An iPad can be assigned one of two ways:
Logging into the Fiesta iOS software (if there is a free license available at login)
Navigating to the Event Dashboard (in the device had been logged in prior to a free license being available)
Each iPad requires a separate license to run an event, but a license can be moved from one iPad to another by simply removing the currently assigned iPad from your account and logging in to the Fiesta iOS app on a different iPad.
You can view and manage your assigned iPads at any time from the Devices section of your account settings.
How To
Add An Assigned iPad
To Add an Assigned iPad:
Download the Fiesta Software from the Apple App Store to the unassigned iPad
Open the Fiesta Software
Log in to your account
If a license is available, the iPad will now be assigned with that license and will appear under the Devices section listed within your account settings.
Note: If you’re unable to run an event, you may need to add an additional license or remove another iPad from your account.
How To
Remove An Assigned iPad
To remove an assigned iPad from your account:
Log in to Fiesta
Click your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner
Select Devices
Identify the assigned iPad you want to remove
Click Remove Device
Confirm you want to remove the assigned iPad from your account and click Remove Device
Note: You can also remove an assigned iPad by opening the Fiesta iOS App on the iPad you want to remove and logging out.
How To
Change An Assigned iPad Name
To change the name of your iPad:
Open the iPad’s Settings app
Tap General
Tap About
Tap Name
Enter a new name
Tap Done
Note: When assigning multiple iPads to your account, changing their names can help you easily manage and keep track of each one.
What To Know
Viewing Fiesta And iPadOS And Software Versions
The Devices section of your account settings provides details about all of the iPads assigned with a license.
This allows for at-a-glance management and information about iPad model, software versions, and activity.
The Device Section will display:
iPad name
iPad model
Last activity date and time
iPadOS version
Fiesta iOS App version
Note: The last activity date is the last time the Fiesta iOS App was opened while connected to WiFi.
