What is Account Billing?

 

Account Billing is where you can view subscription and payment details, and make any necessary changes to ensure that your billing information is up to date. You can access account billing through the Fiesta Web App.

Information in Account Billing includes:

  • Subscription plan

  • Number of licenses

  • Payment methods

  • Upcoming and past invoices

  • Available account credits

Note: Account Billing is only available through the Fiesta Web App.


Features

My Plan

 

The My Plan section displays information about your current subscription and available licenses when accessing the Fiesta Web App through a web browser.

The My Plan section includes:

  • Subscription tier (Fiesta Pro or Fiesta Plus)

  • Billing frequency (Monthly or Yearly)

  • Licenses used

  • Total number of licenses

You can change your subscription tier, billing frequency, and number of licenses by clicking Manage.

What To Know

Managing Licenses

 

Each iPad requires its own license to run an event on the Fiesta iOS App. At least one license is needed to create and run events.

If you only run one event at a time, you can move a single license between multiple devices by removing a device under your Devices list.

Note: You will not be able to log out of the Fiesta iOS App if there are captures waiting to be uploaded or shared.

If you’re running two or more in-person events at the same time, your account will need an equal number of licenses so that each device can log in to the Fiesta iOS App.

Note: Any number of Virtual events can be run concurrently with a single license, even if that license is being used for an in-person event.

You can add or remove licenses from your account in the Billing section at any time.

Features

Payment Methods

 

The Payment Methods section will display which card(s) you have on file, so that you will always know where your subscription cost is being billed to.

The Payment Methods allows you to:

  • Edit your debit or credit card information

  • Add a secondary payment method

  • Select the default payment method

A secondary payment method is not required and is used solely as a back up in case your subscription cannot be renewed using the default payment method. If a secondary payment method is added, you will be able to set either card as the default to be used for any upcoming invoices.

Upcoming Invoice

 

The Upcoming Invoice section provides a quick, at-a-glance view of your subscription charges for the next billing cycle.

The Upcoming Invoice section includes:

  • Total amount to be billed

  • Subscription renewal date

  • Any credits applied to the invoice

  • Amount of credits remaining after the upcoming invoice

You can also view a more comprehensive breakdown of the invoice by clicking Preview.

The invoice Preview will provide details about the cost for each license and the total before and after applying subscription credits.


What To Know

Adding Subscription Credits

 

Subscription Credits are included with some Salsa and Guac Booth purchases and they are automatically added to your account.

Features

Past Invoices

 

The Past Invoice section provides a list of past invoices and payments for your account.

The Past Invoice section includes:

  • Amount for the invoice

  • Date of payment

  • Invoice status

Past invoices can be downloaded from this section to keep for your own records or accounting purposes.

If payment for a past invoice failed or if there was an issue, you can click the icon next to the invoice status for more information.
