What are Account Integrations?

Account Integrations are a way to connect your Fiesta account to other services such as Dropbox or an FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

These integrations can help mange your events by automatically sending and receiving captures between Fiesta and your integrated services.

Integrations are required for certain features, such as Dropbox Watch Folder.

Features

Dropbox

Connecting your Dropbox account with Fiesta allows you to quickly access event capture files to provide to a client, make edits, store as a backup, or sync with another integration within Dropbox.

When Dropbox is connected, captures will automatically upload to both your event’s Live Gallery and an automatically generated folder created in your Dropbox account.

Once connected, you will also be able to turn on Dropbox Watch Folder, which allows Fiesta to download images and videos that are added to a Dropbox folder and upload them to an event’s Live Gallery.

What To Know

Uploading Event Captures To A Dropbox Account

After connecting Dropbox to your Fiesta account, all new captures are automatically uploaded to your account.

You can find these captures under a newly created folder located at Dropbox/Apps/PBSCO_Fiesta.

Each new event will create a new folder with the event ID (the last four characters of your Live Gallery web address) and the event name.

Note: Deleting captures from the Dropbox account will not affect the event within your Fiesta account nor will it remove the captures from the event’s Live Gallery.

What To Know

Adding Images And Videos from Dropbox To An Event

Connecting a Dropbox account also enables the Dropbox Watch Folder feature. This allows you to select a folder for Fiesta to “watch” for any new images or videos.

Once a compatible image or video is added to the selected Dropbox folder, Fiesta will make a copy of it in the event’s Live Gallery.

This feature is perfect for creating a sharing station for another photo booth so that guests can view and share them using the Fiesta iOS app.

Features

FTP

FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a way to connect Fiesta to a private server, similar to using Dropbox.

Once connected, all new captures are automatically uploaded to the connected FTP server.

Each new event will create a new folder with the event ID (the last four characters of your Live Gallery web address) and the event name.
