Some users have experienced an issue where the Customize Emails section of Proposals displays dark text regardless of the Background Color selected in the Branding settings.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

  • Why is the text in the Customize Emails section set to a dark color while I have a dark Background Color selected in my Branding settings?
  • The Proposal email preview text is hard to read
  • Customize Emails shows dark text on a dark background
  • The email example does not match my branding colors
  • Proposal email text color does not update
  • The Customize Emails preview ignores the selected Background Color
  • The email preview looks wrong when using a dark theme or background

 

Who Is Affected

This issue may affect customers using:

  • Fiesta Web App versions 1.7.1+

 

What Happens

When a Background Color is selected for Proposal email branding, the Customize Emails example may continue to display dark text instead of adjusting the text color to match the selected branding.
