Some users have experienced an issue where some Fiesta Library Backgrounds and some custom Backgrounds do not appear correctly for Virtual Events on some mobile web browsers.

  • Why isn't my selected Virtual Event Background displaying correctly on mobile web browsers?
  • The Virtual Event Background is not loading on mobile
  • The Background shows as white or blank on a phone

  • The Background displays correctly on desktop but not on mobile
  • Fiesta Library Backgrounds are not appearing correctly in Virtual Booth

  • Fiesta Web App versions 1.8.6+

 

What Happens

When some Fiesta Library Backgrounds or custom Backgrounds are used for Virtual Events, the Background may not load correctly or may appear stretched or zoomed in on some mobile web browsers.
