Issue Summary

Some users have experienced an issue where attempting to share an individual capture from the Live Gallery to Instagram, Snapchat, or Email produces an error while the Live Gallery has Password Protection enabled.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

  • Why is there an error when trying to share an individual capture to Instagram, Snapchat, or Email from the Live Gallery?
  • I get an error when sharing from a password-protected Live Gallery
  • Instagram, Snapchat, or Email sharing does not work from the Live Gallery
  • Sharing an individual Capture opens the wrong email popup

What Happens

When Password Protection is enabled for a Live Gallery, sharing an individual Capture to Instagram, Snapchat, or Email may open an unexpected email collection modal and show an error after an email address is submitted.

 

User Action Required

  • Refresh the Fiesta Web App.
