Common Ways Customers Describe This Issue
Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:
- I just removed an older device from my account's Devices while logged in on a new device. Why am I unable to start my event?
- I have an active Fiesta subscription. Why can't I start my event?
- Device not registering
- I don't see my iPad in Devices
Who Is Affected
This issue may affect customers using:
- Fiesta iOS App versions 1.8.5+
- Fiesta Web App versions 1.8.5+
What Happens
When a Fiesta user is already logged into their account on an iPad, removing a different iPad from the account's Devices does not automatically register the active iPad as a replacement device. As a result, events cannot be started from that iPad.
Workaround Steps
- Log out of the Fiesta iOS App on the new device
- Fully close and relaunch the Fiesta iOS App on the new device
- Log back into your Fiesta account
