Printing

Photo Mode captures can be printed when either AirPrint or Chips printing is set up. If a Photo Template is added to an event, it will automatically be included in the printed captures as well. Printing is also compatible with basic captures not formatted in a Photo Template.

What To Know
Photo Templates

WhatToKnow-PhotoTemplates.png

A Photo Template in Fiesta's Design Studio is a frame that can hold between one to four photo captures, traditionally for printing.

When designing a custom template, you can add and place up to four different placeholders for photo captures. The position in the design order and placement in the template can be adjusted, as well as the size of each placeholder.

Note: Unlike Overlays, Photo Templates have a background layer that is positioned behind all other design elements.

Note: Unlike Overlays, Photo Templates will save an additional copy of each original capture separated from the branded capture.

What To Know
Overlays

WhatToKnow-Overlays.png

An Overlay in the Fiesta Software is a decorative frame that sits on top of your captures, and can be applied to Photo, GIF, Boomerang, Video, or 360 Video captures.

Overlays have no background, and are fully transparent so that your guests' captures will show through from beneath the design, while the Overlay design sits on top of the capture.

Note: Unlike Photo Templates, Overlays do not save a copy of the original capture without the Overlay applied. All captures saved to an event that is using Overlays will have an Overlay applied.
