Deleting Captures From An Event

Before or during an event, you may take some test captures to balance the lighting, test the printer, or ensure the internet connection is strong and stable enough for capture shares. For a clean Live Gallery and to avoid commingling test captures with guests' event captures, the Fiesta Software provides an easy solution for deleting captures that permanently removes them from an event.

How To
Delete Captures From An Event

1. Log in to Fiesta
2. Select the event you wish to delete captures from
3. Select the Pencil Button on the right side of the Captures screen to begin editing
4. Select each Checkbox for the captures that you want to delete
5. Select Delete above your captures
6. Confirm you want to delete the captures by selecting Delete Captures

Note: To delete all captures from an event, press Select All, then select Delete.

What To Know
What Happens When Captures Are Deleted

When a capture is deleted, it is permanently removed from the event and the Live Gallery on all devices, across your entire account.

Links sent to guests via Text Share or Email Share for captures that have been deleted will no longer work, and they will not be able to access or view their captures if the captures have been deleted.

Deleted captures will also not be downloaded when downloading all event captures.

IMPORTANT: Once a capture is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

• No, captures that have been deleted cannot be accessed.

Can captures be recovered after being deleted?

• No, after captures have been deleted, they are removed from Fiesta servers and are unrecoverable.

Can captures be deleted accidentally?

• No, deleting captures from an event is a multi-step process. One of the final steps includes typing out the word DELETE.

Help! Captures are missing from my event! 

• Ensure the iOS device has a strong, stable internet connection. Captures won't sync to the event gallery until the device is online and connected to a reliable network.
