Using a Philips head screwdriver, remove the six (6) screws found along the faceplate and put them aside in a safe place
Remove the faceplate from the Guac head and put it aside
Pick up and power on the iPad
Connect the USB-C power cable to the bottom of the iPad
Tip: If properly connected, you should see a blue connection icon appear in the top right corner of the screen.
Place the iPad onto the Guac head with the screen facing up
Carefully move the iPad to the bottom of the Guac head so that it aligns with the corners
Take the faceplate and place it over the iPad
Tip: You may need to gently slide the iPad down toward the bottom of the Guac head so that the faceplate lays flat across all sides of the screen.
Replace all the screws in a cross-pattern to ensure equal pressure is applied on all sides.
Note: Do not over tighten the screws, as this may cause the faceplate to bend or add too much pressure to the screen.

What To Know
Using Apple ID for App Store and iCloud
An Apple ID is required to download the Salsa iOS app. However, it can also be used to transfer files and information between a computer and the iPad and to track the location of your iPad using Apple’s Find My feature.
There are two main areas that you can sign into an iPad using your Apple ID: the App Store and iCloud. You can sign into both using the same or different Apple IDs.
While you can sign in the Salsa iPad with an existing Apple ID, you may not want to sync all information over for security or privacy reasons.
To avoid this, you can either create a separate, unique Apple ID specifically for the iPad, or you can disable some or all of the syncing options.
To disable iCloud syncing options
Open the Settings app
Tap the Profile at the top of the left navigation
Tap iCloud
Toggle off anything you don’t want to appear on the iPad
