What is Virtual Event Sharing?
Virtual Event Sharing gives guests the opportunity to share their virtual event captures from anywhere in the world. After taking a capture within the Virtual Booth event, guests will have the option to share it with themselves – or anyone else – via email.
Note: Email sharing is currently the only sharing option available in Virtual Booth.
Features
Email Sharing allows guests to send their captures to their email address. You can customize the sender name, subject line, and even create a reply-to address to allow guests to contact you directly!
What To Know
Sharing Virtual Booth Captures to Social Media
From the Branding Settings page, you can toggle which social media links you would like to provide your guests.
Social Media links toggled on will be included in the email shares Virtual Booth guests receive.
What To Know
Analytics and Downloading Sharing Stats
Event Analytics is a Fiesta Pro feature that allows you to see how many captures and shares were taken and sent out.
This information is perfect to help you understand how successful the event was, what were the most popular capture modes, and the most common method of sharing.
Fiesta will collect all email addresses entered by guests using the Virtual Booth.
You can email a link to download a CSV file to yourself, a client, or anyone else. This CSV file can be opened in any spreadsheet application, such as Apple Numbers, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets.
