What Is the Queso Dashboard?
The Queso Dashboard is a convenient way for you to manage your QuesOS subscription directly from the web.
From the Queso Dashboard, you can:
View your Queso subscription renewal and billing date
Activate and deactivate your subscription at any time*
See how many payments are remaining for Split and Membership subscriptions
View your Queso booth Product Key
If you haven’t sign up yet, you can follow this guide to create a Queso Dashboard account.
How To
Activate Queso Subscription
If you do not currently have a Queso Cash or Split subscription, you will need to activate your booth.
To activate your Queso subscription:
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Click Activate Queso
The method of payment shown on your Queso Dashboard will be charged and your subscription will begin immediately.
Your subscription renewal date will now be displayed.
How To
Deactivate Queso Subscription
If you need to pause your subscription, you can deactivate Queso directly from the Dashboard.
To deactivate your Queso subscription:
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Click Deactivate Queso
After deactivating, your Queso subscription will continue to be active until the end of the billing cycle. This date is listed next to Cancellation Scheduled.
If you need to cancel the deactivation, you can click Reactivate Queso. You will not be charged when clicking Reactivate Queso.
At the end of the billing cycle, you will have the option to Activate Queso, which will charge your payment method on file immediately.
How To
Reactivate Queso Subscription
When a Queso subscription is scheduled to be deactivated you can choose to reactivate Queso. This will cancel the scheduled deactivation and you will not be charged.
To reactivate your Queso subscription:
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Click Reactivate Queso
The scheduled deactivation will be cancelled and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle.
How To
Change Payment Method
You can update or change your payment method information directly from the Queso Dashboard.
To update your payment method:
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Click Change Payment Method
Enter in the new payment information
Click Update Card
How To
Find Your QuesOS Product Key
Your QuesOS Product Key is required to run the photo booth software.
Typically you would only need to enter in this key once, but in case you’re prompted to enter it in again, you can find it on the Queso Dashboard under the subscription type.
How To
Change Your Queso Dashboard Login Password
You can change the password to your Queso Dashboard account at any time.
To change your password:
Log in to the Queso Dashboard
Under Change Password, enter in the new password
Confirm the new password by typing it in again
Click Confirm
Note: You may not get a visual confirmation that the password has changed.
What To Know
Queso Split Payments
Queso owners who purchased their booth under Queso Split will have their subscription automatically converted to Queso Cash after 36 months of an activate subscription.
After 36 months, the subscription cost will reduce to $99.
If you are a Queso Split subscriber, you can find the number of payments remaining until your subscription is converted.
What To Know
Queso Membership Payments
Queso owners who purchased their booth under Queso Membership will have their subscription automatically converted to Queso Cash once the financing agreement is completed or paid off.
After completing the financing agreement, the subscription cost will reduce to $99.
If you are a Queso Membership subscriber, you can find the number of payments remaining and the date for when it will convert.
Queso Membership subscribers are not able to pause or deactivate their subscription until the financing agreement is completed. Once completed, and converted to Queso Cash, the subscription can be paused.
