Dongle Connection
Dongle Not Connecting Before Wi-Fi Setup
This issue usually indicates a problem with the AirPrint dongle’s power, printer connection, or USB connection between the dongle and the printer.
- Ensure the AirPrint dongle is connected to power and turned on
- Unplug the AirPrint dongle, wait 30 seconds, and plug the AirPrint dongle back into power
- Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings

Dongle Not Connecting After Wi-Fi Setup
This issue usually indicates a problem with the iPad’s network connection, the dongle’s Wi-Fi connection, or the iPad’s permission settings.
- Ensure your iPad is connected to the AirPrint dongle
Note: With some dongles, the iPad must be connected to Wi-Fi separately. In this case, make sure the iPad is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the AirPrint dongle. - Ensure the AirPrint dongle is connected to power and turned on
- Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
- Remove the AirPrint dongle from the Wi-Fi network, then reconnect the AirPrint dongle to the Wi-Fi network
Note: If the issue persists, the event can still be run in Offline Mode.
Fiesta Connection
Fiesta iOS App Not Connecting To Dongle
This issue usually indicates a problem with the iPad’s connection permissions, the dongle’s printer connection, or the USB connection between the dongle and the printer.
- Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
- Check your AirPrint dongle settings to ensure the printer is appearing as connected in your AirPrint dongle's list of connected printers
- Check the USB connection between the AirPrint dongle and the printer
Note: Printing is only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.
Fiesta Connection
Fiesta iOS App Connects To Dongle But Does Not Print
This issue usually indicates a problem with the selected printer, Fiesta’s Printing settings, or the print size configuration.
- Check your iPad's Privacy & Security settings
- Check the Printing settings in the Fiesta iOS App on your iPad
- Ensure the correct printer, listed with the print size, is selected in the default printer dropdown menu
Note: If the printer appears twice, and one option includes "2x6-2" while the other does not, use the option without "2x6-2" for 4x6 printing.
Print Formatting
Double 2x6 Strip Prints With One Strip Cut In Half
This issue is usually caused by an incorrect printer selection or a mismatch between the selected Photo Template and print orientation.
- Check the Printing settings in the Fiesta iOS App on your iPad
- Ensure the correct printer, listed with the print size, is selected in the default printer dropdown menu
Note: If the printer appears twice, and one option includes "2x6-2" while the other does not, use the option without "2x6-2" for 4x6 printing. - Ensure the correct print template orientation is selected when selecting the photo template
