What Is Design Studio Editor?

The Design Studio Editor is a feature in the Fiesta Software that gives you all of the tools necessary to make sure every capture is unique and exactly what your client is looking for.

From the Design Studio Editor in Fiesta, you can choose, edit, and create Photo Templates and Overlays for your events.

Note: Design Studio is only available on the Fiesta Web App, and is not accessible on the iOS App.

How To
Access Design Studio Editor

1. Log in to the Fiesta Web App
2. In the top left, select the Design Studio tab
3. In the upper right, select Create Design, or select a design to edit

From here you will be asked to select a Photo Template or Overlay style, and then will be brought to the Design Studio Editor.

What To Know
Layers

In the Design Studio Editor, each design element has its own Layer. These layers can be deleted, reorganized or edited. They can also be locked to ensure no changes are made to specific layers.

When layers are locked, no adjustments can be made from the layer tab or in the Design Studio Editor are. After the layers are unlocked, layers can be adjusted by pixels or by dragging the sides and corners.

How To
Lock And Unlock Layers

1. Log in to the Fiesta Web App
2. Select Design Studio in the upper left
3. Select the design you wish to unlock or select Create Design
   Note: If selecting Create Design, select the Template or Overlay layout
4. Click on the stack icon on the right
5. To lock, click on the unlocked lock icon to activate the lock
6. To unlock, click on the locked lock icon to deactivate the lock

Adjust Layers

1. Log in to the Fiesta Web App
2. Select Design Studio in the upper left
3. Select the design you wish to unlock layers on or select Create Design
   Note: If selecting Create Design, select the Template or Overlay layout
4. Click on the stack icon on the right
5. Confirm layers are unlocked
6. Click the arrow to the right of the layer

From here, you can adjust the exact pixel height and width, as well as the x and y positions. If the selected layer should cover the whole area, the exact ratio can be selected, and the layer can also be rotated a full 360°. The layer position can also be adjusted from this menu.

Fiesta Designs In The Fiesta Library

The Design Studio Editor has a wide range of pre-designed Template and Overlay options to choose from, sorted by layout. These Template and Overlay designs cover a variety of events, form Bat and Bar Mitzvahs to tailgate parties, to New Year's Celebrations.

How To
Choose Template Layout In Fiesta Designs

1. Log in to the Fiesta Web App
2. Select Design Studio in the upper left
3. Select the design you wish to unlock layers on or select Create Design
   Note: If selecting Create Design, select the Template or Overlay layout
4. Select the arrow icon on the left
5. Select the Designs toggle

From here, you can scroll through all of the designs available for the layouts you have selected. You can also filter the designs that are visible by base base color and category by clicking the Filters button.

Choose A Design From Fiesta Designs

1. Log in to the Fiesta Web App
2. Select Design Studio in the upper left
3. Select the design you wish to unlock layers on or select Create Design
   Note: If selecting Create Design, select the Template or Overlay layout
4. Click the arrow icon on the left
5. Select the Layouts toggle

Once there, you can choose between any of the Template or Overlay designs.

Note: You cannot change a design from a Template to a layout or from a layout to a Template

Why can't I open the Design Studio Editor on my active Fiesta account?

• You may be logged into the Fiesta iOS App, while the Design Studio Editor is only available on the Fiesta Web App.

What is the difference between Design Studio and the Design Studio Editor?

• Design Studio encompasses the full suite of features, including browsing the Fiesta Library, viewing your recent designs, saving your designs independently, and editing your designs using the Design Studio Editor.

Is the Design Studio Editor limited to Fiesta Pro? 

• No, all Fiesta accounts with an active subscription, on any subscription tier, have access to the Design Studio Editor.

Can I access the Design Studio Editor from the Fiesta Web App on my iPad or iPhone? 

• Yes, you can access the Design Studio Editor from any device where you can log into the Fiesta Web App.
• Please note that the Design Studio Editor is best used with a computer mouse or laptop trackpad, and may be difficult to use on a touchscreen.

I can't find a Fiesta Design that fits my needs, can your team make a custom design for me? 

• No. Unfortunately, our team does not have the capacity to create custom designs for individual users. Fiesta Designs are created with general purposes in mind to fit as many users' needs as possible.
