What Is Design Studio?
Design Studio is where you can create, upload, browse, and customize Photo Template and Overlay designs for your events.
In Design Studio, you can upload Backgrounds, add up to four Placeholders, customize text, add Art Assets, or choose from pre-made Photo Template and Overlay designs in the Fiesta Library.
Note: Design Studio is only available in the Fiesta Web App and is not accessible in the Fiesta iOS App.
How To
Access Design Studio
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select Design Studio from the top navigation bar
Design Studio opens to the New section of the Fiesta Library. From here, you can upload a design, create a new design, or browse available designs.
What To Know
Design Studio Editor
The Design Studio Editor is where Photo Templates and Overlays can be customized. From the editor, you can add logos, update event text, adjust design elements, and personalize designs before using them in an event.
Note: Editing a design after a capture is taken will not change the design for any prior captures. All changes made in Design Studio will only apply to captures taken after the design changes have been saved.

What To Know
Fiesta Library
The Fiesta Library includes pre-made Photo Template and Overlay designs that can be used as starting points for event designs.
The Design Studio library includes four sections: New, Multi Capture, Single Capture, and My Library.
New
The New section displays recently added or recently available designs in Design Studio.
Multi Capture
The Multi Capture section displays all currently available Photo Templates designed with multiple photo Placeholders.
Single Capture
The Single Capture section displays all currently available single-capture designs, including Overlays and Photo Templates with one Photo Placeholder.
What To Know
My Library
My Library stores designs and design assets that have been uploaded or customized on your account, including previous Overlays and Photo Templates.
This makes it easier to reuse previous designs or favorite assets across events.
Note: Recent designs are located under the New category.

How To
Upload A Design
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select the Design Studio tab
- Select Upload Design in the upper right
- Select the file you want to upload
- Select Upload
Once the file has been uploaded, it can be accessed from the My Library section and added to future event designs.
Note: Uploaded designs must meet Fiesta's file format, size, and dimension requirements.

FAQ
Why can't I access Design Studio on my active Fiesta account?
- You may be logged in to the Fiesta iOS App. Design Studio is only available in the Fiesta Web App.
What is the difference between Design Studio and the Design Studio Editor?

Design Studio is the full design area where you can browse the Fiesta Library, view recent designs, upload designs, and access saved designs. The Design Studio Editor is the editing tool used to customize individual Photo Templates and Overlays.

Is Design Studio limited to Fiesta Pro?
- No, all Fiesta accounts with an active subscription, on any subscription tier, have access to Design Studio.
Can I access Design Studio from the Fiesta Web App on my iPad?
- Yes, you can access Design Studio from any device where you can log in to the Fiesta Web App.
- Please note that the Design Studio Editor is best used with a computer mouse or laptop trackpad, and may be difficult to use on a touchscreen.
