What Is Design Studio?
Design Studio is the Fiesta design workspace for creating, uploading, browsing, editing, and saving Photo Templates and Overlays for events.
The Design Studio Editor provides a visual canvas for arranging design content and preparing finished designs for use in Fiesta events.
Note: Design Studio is only available through the Fiesta Web App on computer or mobile web browsers.

Access Design Studio
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select Design Studio from the top navigation bar

- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select Design Studio from the top navigation bar
- Select Upload Design in the upper-right
- Select the design file to upload
- Select Upload
What To Know
Design Studio Editor
The Design Studio Editor provides the tools needed to build and customize Photo Templates and Overlays directly on the design canvas.
Design Studio Editor tools:
- Text: Add and customize text
- Frames: Add and position photo placeholders
- Upload: Add custom design assets
- Background: Customize the design background
- Layers: Control the order and visibility of design content
- Layout: Adjust the layout of the design
The canvas also supports zoom controls, alignment guides, multiple selections, and Undo and Redo while editing.

Library And My Designs
The Templates panel in Design Studio Editor separates available designs into Library and My Designs. Library includes pre-made Photo Templates and Overlays that can be selected as a starting point for a design.
My Designs contains designs saved to the account, making it possible to return to previously created or customized designs. The Filter control can also narrow the designs shown to designs that use the same layout.
How To
Edit And Save A Design
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select Design Studio from the top navigation bar
- Select a design from Library or My Designs to open it in the Design Studio Editor
- Select the design content to edit
- Select the relevant editing tool from the left navigation bar
- Make the desired changes on the canvas
- Select Undo or Redo from the toolbar as needed
- Select Save in the upper-right
What To Know
Layers And Layer Order
The Layers panel displays the content on the design canvas in stacking order. Items higher in the layer order appear in front of items below them, making the order important when text, images, Frames, or other design content overlaps.
Layers can be dragged up or down in the Layers list to change their position without moving them on the canvas. Individual layers can also be hidden, locked to prevent changes, or deleted from the design.

- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select Design Studio from the top navigation bar
- Open the design in the Design Studio Editor
- Select Layers from the left navigation bar
- Drag a layer up or down in the list to change its order
- Select the Visibility, Lock, or Delete control for a layer as needed
- Select Save in the upper-right

FAQ
Can I access Design Studio through the Fiesta iOS App?
- No. Design names cannot be changed from Design Studio.
Is Design Studio limited to Fiesta Pro?
- No. All Fiesta accounts with an active subscription, on any subscription tier, have access to Design Studio.
Can I rename a design in Design Studio?
- No. Design names cannot be changed from Design Studio.
Can I add animations or motion graphics to a design?
- No. Design Studio supports only static Photo Template and Overlay designs and does not include animation or motion graphics tools.
