What Is Design Studio?
The Design Studio is a feature that allows you to build custom Photo Template and Overlay designs and layouts for your events.
Import backgrounds, add up to 4 photo frames, and add customized text, or choose from hundreds of pre-made Photo Template and Overlay designs in the Fiesta Library to match your event!
Note: Design Studio is only available on the Fiesta Web App, and is not accessible on the iOS App.
How To
Access Design Studio
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select the Design Studio tab
The Design Studio tab will open displaying the New section of the Fiesta Library, with the ability to Upload a design, or Create a new design through the Design Studio Editor.
What To Know
Design Studio Editor
The Design Studio Editor gives you the ability to completely customize your Photo Templates and Overlays. Add your logo, change the date, put your client’s names on the Photo Template and more by using the Design Studio Editor.
Note: Editing a design after a capture is taken will not change the design for any prior captures. All changes made in Design Studio will only apply to captures taken after the design changes have been saved.

What To Know
Fiesta Library
The Fiesta Library is a great resource for pre-made Photo Template and Overlay designs. Whether you are looking for single-capture Overlay frames or Photo Templates that can add two, three, or even four photos onto one image, the Fiesta Library has you covered!
There are 4 sections to the Design Studio library: New, Multi Capture, Single Capture, and My Library.
New
The New section of the Design Studio displays the most recent designs created by you. These include designs that have been uploaded and designs created in the Design Studio.
Multi Capture
The Multi Capture section displays all currently available Photo Templates designed with multiple photo Placeholders.
Single Capture
The Single Capture section displays all currently available Photo Templates designed with one photo Placeholder, as well as all Overlays.
What To Know
My Library
The My Library feature provides full access to all files uploaded to any of your previous events. These include previous Overlays and Photo Templates uploaded or adjusted, so you can easily access previous designs or favorite assets!
Note: Recent designs are located under the “New” category

How To
Upload A Design
- Log in to the Fiesta Web App
- Select the Design Studio tab
- Select Upload Design in the upper right
- Select the file you want to upload
- Select Upload
Once the file has been uploaded, it can be accessed from the My Library section.
What To Know
FAQ
Why can't I access Design Studio on my active Fiesta account?
- You may be logged into the Fiesta iOS App, while Design Studio is only available on the Fiesta Web App.
What is the difference between Design Studio and the Design Studio Editor?
- Design Studio encompasses the full suite of features, including browsing the Fiesta Library, viewing your recent designs, saving your designs independently, and editing your designs using the Design Studio Editor.

Is Design Studio limited to Fiesta Pro?
- No, all Fiesta accounts with an active subscription, on any subscription tier, have access to Design Studio.
Can I access Design Studio from the Fiesta Web App on my iPad?
- Yes, you can access Design Studio from any device where you can log into the Fiesta Web App.
- Please note that the Design Studio Editor is best used with a computer mouse or laptop trackpad, and may be difficult to use on a touchscreen.
