Printing After An Event With Reprint

The Reprint option allows one or more captures to be printed after an event. This is useful when a full printed set is needed for a scrapbook, collage, or other physical keepsake alongside the digital Live Gallery.

Reprint can also help when printing is interrupted during an event because media runs out, the connection fails, the AirPrint dongle stops working, or the printer stops responding.

IMPORTANT: To print captures after an event, the Fiesta iOS App must be connected to the printer.

Note: Printing is only available on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier.

What To Know
Connecting The Printer

When printing from the Event Dashboard, the printer must first be connected through Event Settings. This connection is available by selecting Configure Event and opening the Printing tab.

If the printer is not actively connected through the app, Fiesta can still send captures to print as though a printer is available. The Fiesta iOS App does not confirm whether the printer is actively connected during this process.

Print Multiple Captures

1. Open the Fiesta iOS App
2. Select the event with the captures to print
3. Tap the Select button
4. Select the captures to print
5. Select Print
6. Confirm the message at the top of the screen showing the captures were sent to the printer connected to the iPad

1. Open the Fiesta iOS App
2. Select the event with the capture to print
3. Tap the capture
4. In the Preview Capture window, select Print
5. Confirm the message at the top of the screen showing the capture was sent to the printer connected to the iPad

What To Know
FAQ

Can this process be done through the Web App?

• No. The Print option is only available through the Fiesta iOS App.

Can I print all capture types?

• No. Only Photo captures can be printed, either on their own or with Photo Templates or Overlays applied.

Can I use this process in Offline Mode?

• Yes, as long as the captures you want to print are still available on the iPad.

Will this affect my Analytics?

• No. Analytics are not affected when captures are printed through the Event Dashboard.
