Your Fiesta Payment Method is how you choose to pay for your subscription each month. Keeping your payment method up to date and adding additional payment methods help to ensure you have access to your events, Live Galleries, and other important Fiesta features.


How To

Update Your Fiesta Payment Method

 

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Click the Account icon in the upper right corner

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Click the three dots next to your Payment Method

  5. Click Edit Payment Info

  6. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code

  7. If you have more than one payment method, check Set as Default Payment Method

  8. Click Save Changes

Add A Secondary Payment Method

 

To add a secondary payment method:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Click the Account icon in the upper right corner

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Click Add Secondary Payment Method

  5. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code

  6. Click Add

Choosing A Default Payment Method

 

Adding multiple payment methods makes it very easy to change which card on file is the default payment method to maintain your subscription.

To change your default payment method from the Billing tab:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Click the Account icon in the upper right corner

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Click the three dots to the right of any listed payment method

  5. Select Set as Default

  6. Confirm the change and click Set As Default

To change your default payment method when adding a secondary payment method:

  1. Log in to Fiesta

  2. Click the Account icon in the upper right corner

  3. Select the Billing tab

  4. Click Add Secondary Payment Method

  5. Enter your card number, expiration date, CVC, and zip code

  6. If this new payment method will be your default, check the Set as Default Payment Method box

  7. Click Add


What To Know

Unable To Update Billing Information?

 

Here are a few common reasons why you may receive an error while attempting to update your billing information:

  • Incorrect zip code

  • A security block placed by your banking institution

  • Insufficient funds
