What Is Pausing A Fiesta Subscription?
Your Fiesta Subscription is the combination of your plan, number of licenses, and billing frequency for your account which provides you access to Fiesta’s services and features.
Pausing a subscription turns off auto-renew and allows you to pick it back up the following billing cycle.
You can pause your subscription at any time, for any reason, and the pause will go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note: This feature is only available for subscriptions with monthly billing frequency
How To
Pause Your Fiesta Subscription
To pause your Fiesta subscription:
Log in to Fiesta
Click on your Account icon in the top right corner
Select Billing from the dropdown menu
Click Manage under My Plan
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription
Use the dropdown to select how long you would like to pause
Click Pause Account
Continue with the steps to complete the process

What To Know
When Your Subscription Is Paused
Pausing prevents your subscription from auto-renewing and turns off your access to Fiesta’s features and services.
The following are inaccessible while your subscription is paused:
Fiesta iOS App for running iPad or DSLR events and Sharing Station
Virtual Events
Event captures
Event Live Galleries
Proposals
Portfolio
Photobooth Academy
Access to the Marketing Materials is available with or without an active subscription.

Your events, captures, sharing and survey data, and all of your account settings will be available again when your subscription is renewed.
IMPORTANT: Accounts with a paused subscription for 12 consecutive months will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
What To Know
Downgrading Vs Pausing Your Fiesta Subscription
Fiesta Pro subscribers who want to maintain access to their events, captures, proposals, and Live Galleries, but don't currently need to run events or use Fiesta Pro features can consider downgrading their Fiesta subscription to Fiesta Plus as an alternative to pausing.
Downgrading gives you the ability to continue logging into your account, while pausing will temporarily lock you out of all Fiesta functionality.
When users downgrade their subscription, they keep full access to view all prior events and Live Galleries, while also having the ability to run events with a more limited feature set.
