Issue Summary

Some users have experienced an issue where 2x6 Photo Templates are not correctly scaled or centered on prints, requiring Advanced Printing Settings adjustments.

Customers may describe this issue in one of the following ways:

• Why are my 2x6 photo strips regularly being slightly cut off on the top and right side?
• 2x6 prints are not centered correctly
• Double 2x6 strips are cutting unevenly
• Photo strips have uneven margins
• My 2x6 Photo Template is printing too small or too large
• The print alignment is off for 2x6 strips
• 2x6 prints only line up after changing Print Adjustments

Who Is Affected

This issue may affect customers using:

• Fiesta iOS App versions 1.8.5+

What Happens

When printing 2x6 Photo Templates, the printed strips may not be scaled or centered correctly, causing uneven margins or cutting offsets unless Print Adjustments are configured.

Workaround Steps

1. Navigate to your event's configuration on the iPad running your event
2. Navigate to the Sharing tab, and open the Printing settings
3. Tap Advanced Printing Settings
4. Adjust the Scale, X Offset, and Y Offset to the following:
   • Scale: 1.025
   • X Offset: 4
   • Y Offset: -6
