Some users have experienced an issue for Virtual Events where the Sharing Screen is unable to be reached, consistently looping the user back to the previous step of the capture process.

What Happens
When some Overlay files are used for a Virtual Event, the Sharing Screen may fail to load after a Capture is taken, causing guests to be returned to the previous step of the capture process.
