What Is Sharing Station?
Sharing Station moves capture sharing to a secondary iPad instead of the booth’s primary iPad after captures are taken. Guests take captures at the booth first, then move to a separate iPad nearby to share their captures.
This setup keeps the booth available for the next group of guests while sharing continues elsewhere, which helps reduce lines at busier events.

How Sharing Station Works
When Sharing Station is enabled for an event, a second iPad can run the full sharing process for that event while the primary iPad continues being used exclusively for captures. This separates the longest part of the booth flow from the capture experience.
Sharing takes place using the Sharing methods enabled for the event. This setup is commonly used at larger events or at events with a short booth activity window and heavy guest traffic.
How To
Enable Sharing Station
- Log into Fiesta
- Select the event
- Select Configure Event
- In Event Settings, select the Modes tab
- Enable the Sharing Station toggle
What To Know
Capture Display Preferences
Capture Display Preferences determine which captures appear on the Sharing Station. This setting controls whether the Sharing Station displays every capture from the event, only designed captures, or only original captures.
Show All Captures displays all captures from the event.
Show Only Branded Captures displays captures that are within a Photo Template or have an Overlay.
Show Only Original Captures displays only the full original captures without a Photo Template or Overlay.
How To
Set Capture Display Preferences
- Log into Fiesta
- Select the event
- Select Configure Event
- In Event Settings, select the Modes tab
- Enable the Sharing Station toggle
- Under Capture Display Preferences, select Show All Captures, Show Only Branded Captures, or Show Only Original Captures
What To Know
Requirements For Sharing Station
Sharing Station requires Wi-Fi and is available only on the Fiesta Pro subscription tier. Accounts on Fiesta Plus do not have access to this mode.
Fiesta Pro supports unlimited Sharing Stations as long as at least one active license is present on the account. Accounts without an active license cannot access Sharing Station.

- Log into the Fiesta iOS App
- Select the event
- Select Start Event
- Select Next on the System Check screen
- Select Start Sharing Station

FAQ
Can I use my second Salsa 1, Salsa 2, or Guac Photo Booth as a Sharing Station?
- Yes. Setting up a second photo booth to use as a Sharing Station can be a great idea to keep the Sharing Station at eye-level for guests, and can provide additional branding via the LED Ring.
Why do I see multiple versions of the same capture on Sharing Station?
- When an event uses a Photo Template, Fiesta can save both the original captures and the designed capture.
- Adjust Capture Display Preferences to control which versions appear on the Sharing Station.
How many Sharing Stations can I use for my event?
- Fiesta Pro supports unlimited Sharing Stations as long as the account has at least one active license.
