Creating A Fiesta Account

Create a Fiesta account to start your free 30-day trial and begin creating events, building proposals, and exploring resources in Photobooth Academy.

How To
Create A Fiesta Account

To create your Fiesta account:

1. Go to the Fiesta Account Sign-up page
2. Enter your name, email address, a password for the account, and phone number
3. Read Photobooth Supply Co.'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
4. Tick the checkbox to confirm that you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
5. Click Create Account
   • A verification email will be sent to the email address used during sign-up.
6. Open the verification email in your email inbox, and select Verify

After the email is verified, you will be taken to the payment information page to enter a payment method to save to your account, and to start your 30-Day Free Trial of Fiesta Pro.

Note: The payment method on file will not be charged until after the 30-Day Free Trial has ended.

After starting your 30-Day Free Trial, you will be taken directly into the Fiesta Web App, where events can be created, and Success Hub and Marketing Content can be accessed.

To start running events, download and sign in to the Fiesta iOS App on a supported iPad or iPhone for in-person events, or create a Virtual Event in the Fiesta Web App.

30-Day Free Trial Of Fiesta Pro

The Fiesta Pro trial gives you 30 days of free access to Fiesta’s full feature set.

When you sign up, full access includes:

• Fiesta iOS App
• Fiesta Web App
• Virtual Booth
• Photobooth Academy
• Up to 20 licenses to run Fiesta on multiple iPads

Note: The 30-Day Free Trial starts with one active license by default. You can add additional licenses from the Account Management section of the Fiesta Web App.

What To Know
Software Credits From Booth Purchases

Subscription Credits are included with some Salsa 1, Salsa 2, Guac, and Tortilla booth purchases. If your booth purchase included subscription credits, a redemption code is sent by email and can be entered on the Payment Information page during account creation.

Applied credits are automatically used toward subscription charges and continue applying to upcoming invoices after the 30-Day Free Trial ends.

Note: Subscription credit codes can also be redeemed at any time in the account’s Billing section.

Managing The Fiesta Account

Account updates and subscription changes during the trial period can be managed in the Account Management tab.

IMPORTANT: To continue using Fiesta after the 30-Day Free Trial ends, billing information must be added in the Account Management tab before the trial expires.

FAQ

Do I have to create an account to try the Fiesta Software?

• Yes. An account is required so events, captures, and account data can be stored and associated with the correct Fiesta user.

Why do I have to provide my credit card information to start the 30-Day Free Trial?

• Billing information is collected at the start of the trial to help prevent interruptions in service if you choose to continue using Fiesta after the 30-Day Free Trial ends.

If I don't like the Fiesta Software can I cancel before the month is up?

• Yes. A Fiesta subscription can be canceled at any time during the 30-Day Free Trial period.

Does the 30-Day Free Trial start right after the account is created?

• The 30-Day Free Trial begins as soon as the account has been verified.

I created my account but then didn't get to try it out during the trial period; can I get a second trial?

• No. Once a trial period has ended, it cannot be restarted or extended.
